The Friends of Allensworth Interpretive Association and the California Department of Parks and Recreation invite you to celebrate Juneteenth at Colonel Allensworth State Historic Park. Come tour the historic homes and businesses, shop in the vendor area, and enjoy live entertainment on the stage; gospel choir, youth praise dancers, and spoken word artist.

The Friends of Allensworth is kicking off 2017 with our Black History Month Open House at Colonel Allensworth State Historic Park on Saturday, February 11, 2017.   Join us in a celebration of… living history, interactive storytelling, and self-guided tours of the historic buildings: The Colonel Allensworth home, the two-room schoolhouse, the Singleton General Store and Post Office, and many more.
